7. Online Courses (Paid Plans) Policy

General Policy: All purchases of our online courses (paid plans) through gigipayne.com are final.

Cancellation Policy: Paid plans for online courses purchased on gigipayne.com can be cancelled by the user at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the course content will continue until the end of the current billing cycle (e.g., monthly from the purchase date).

Refunds: Please note that GIGIPAYNE Co., Ltd. does not offer refunds for the purchase of our online courses (paid plans) through gigipayne.com. Once a plan is purchased, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of usage.

Access Duration: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, access to the content within a purchased online course (paid plan) through gigipayne.com is provided on an ongoing basis from the date of purchase until the plan is cancelled by the user or the course is removed by us. In the event a course is removed by us, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users.

Order Preparation: Orders are typically prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days, but please refer to the specific item information for any variations. Shipping Time: All items are shipped from Thailand. We use DHL Express, DHL Commerce, or Thai Post for delivery, which typically takes an estimated 1-5 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping Information: The phone number you provide is used solely for shipping purposes to facilitate delivery and may be used by the shipping carrier for delivery notifications.

2. Customs and Import Taxes

Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for any customs or duty charges that may apply. Please check your local regulations for potential import taxes. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

3. Refund and Exchange Policy

Exchanges Only: We accept returns for exchanges only. To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email within 2 days of receiving your item with details of the exchange request. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. No Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations or returns without an exchange. Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for 1 any loss of value. Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders and items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
