Workshop Overview
Macramé is a decorative knotting technique that transforms simple cords into beautiful handmade designs. Using a series of repeating knots, you can create textured patterns that are both stylish and relaxing to make. The rhythmic process makes macramé a calming craft that many people enjoy as a creative break from busy daily life.
In this hands-on workshop at GIGIPAYNE Studio in Bangkok, you’ll learn the basic techniques used in macramé and practice them step by step. Our instructors will guide you through the process so you can easily follow along, even if you’ve never tried macramé before.
During the workshop, you’ll gradually build your own decorative wall hanging while learning how different knots create structure and pattern. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a finished macramé piece and the confidence to continue exploring macramé projects at home.
